Initial enquiry & photos: Send clear photos and brief details to us via our online consignment form or email or by visiting us at Portside Wharf. We’ll advise suitability.
In-person appraisal & condition report: One of our valuers will examine your item, confirm authenticity, grade gems, assess condition and recommend a reserve (if any).
Consignment agreement: We’ll prepare a consignment contract outlining reserve, estimate range, fees and the auction schedule.
Professional cataloguing & imaging: Our team prepares high-quality photography, detailed lot descriptions and provenance notes to present your piece to the market.
Marketing: Your lot is included in Roxbury’s online catalogue, emailed to their domestic and international bidder database, and open for bids on two separate platforms.
Auction day — Bidding occurs online. Roxbury’s experienced auctioneers manage the sale and secure the best possible hammer price.
Post-sale settlement — Payments, buyer’s premium, shipping, and settlement are handled transparently under the agreed consignment terms.
